As a patient of Tampa Bay Family Physicians you will be able to access your secure medical record through the Patient Log In tab found on the right of the menu bar. Once you have logged in you will be able to communicate with us electronically to ask non-urgent medical questions, request prescription refills, request or change appointments, request referrals, review medical summaries, review lab reports, review current or past billing invoices and contact the billing department.
